OUR PRODUCT

Our product has been refined over the last eight years and to our knowledge we are the only manufacturer to produce fully food grade compliant covers. The covers and frames are built to a very high manufacturing and design standard(this comes from our marine trimming and sail making back ground).

Also, unlike other covers we've seen our new cover designs are dual propose as they can be used for both the first and second ferment process via a removable centre section with food grade mesh material underneath. Saving time, money and storage for your winery.

The covers are a lightweight design allowing them to be easily lifted and controlled by one person utilising a lifting handle.

We not only produce the fabric side of the covers but we also have our own in house tubing rolling equipment allowing us to custom tailor our designs to pretty much any tank design and size around.

HEALTH & SAFETY IN THE WORK PLACE

All covers come with a specially designed lifting handle system that makes moving the covers on and off the tanks a simple, safe one-person job. This lifting handle has a shock cord return so when it is not in use, it snaps back on to the cover and out of the way.
